Return Cost
Returns are at your own cost and remain your property until it is received by me so I would strongly suggest you insure it by sending it through The Post Office by Special Delivery or some other similar insured service.

10 Days to Return or Exchange
If for any reason the jewellery doesn’t suit you I’m happy for you to return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange it for another piece.

Special Commission
If the item is a special commission - no refund is available, thank you for your understanding.
