Spiral-whisper silver stud earrings, baroque pearl
Created using Eco silver, long-sail stud earrings, featuring my Spiral-whisper texture inspired by visits to my nearby coast and rock pooling, showing off the beautiful natural coloured large baroque fresh water pearl - a gem of the sea.
The stud is quite long with the pearls suspended below on silver wires allowing movement and the pearl to catch the light when you move.
The silver texture has been darkened, then the darkness removed on the highlights making the texture show up better and have more depth.
These go with so many outfits and the pearls add a bright accent to attract the eye.
These earrings would be appreciated by pearl lovers, nature people and thosewho like earrings to go with everything while being something a bit different.

How I create the roller-printed textures is described below.
I use eco silver - recycled in this case, when creating my jewellery.
Made to last - I use strong posts so they don’t bend and break plus, I use extra large heavy weight butterflies making them easier to hold and the earring more secure - helps stop that single earring syndrome!
Packaging - The earrings come in a square black box with black velvet interior, my signature in matt silver is across the front, carefully raffia wrapped..
Techniques -
Roller Printing To create the textures I take a previously etched piece of sheet metal, placing the softened silver sheet on top then pass it though metal rollers transfering the image from the brass plate onto the silver one, which I then use in my designs.
Oxidisation - The silver texture I’ve created has been darkened using liver of sulphur, the darkness is then removed from some areas creating highlights making the texture show up better and have more depth.
Delivery - When I have these earrings in stock I can send out the same day, otherwise please allow a week for making longer if you can, that said I always do have them ready when you need them, just let me know, each pair vary slightly in texture or pearl colour which creates a lovely variety with no two quite the same.
